Every Pilot Free Trade Zone has utilized its unique favorable conditions from geographical location and policy，made tremendous achievements in terms of carrying on global manufacturing industry migration，optimizing industry structure and independent innovation. Especially apparent in Mid-West area，manufacturing industry has become the essential engine of boosting exports and economic growth for Pilot Free Trade Zones and adjacent area. Furthermore，also as the important breakthrough of system and mechanism innovation，manufacturing industry will provide practical experiences and examples in terms of enlarging openness by policies’ advantages and accelerating manufacturing industry upgrade.
