Abstract:Since the 2007 Global Financial Crisis，Israel’s housing problem has become more and more outstanding. This is mainly manifested in the continuous rise of residential housing prices，the weakness of housing supply elasticity，and the development imbalance of the regional housing market. After the “Tent Protest” in 2011，the Israeli government realized the urgency of solving the housing problem. Therefore，the government focused on the optimization and reorganization of the housing administration department，and took measures to increase housing supply and stabilize housing prices. In addition，the privatization process of public housing has made an impact on the poor，and the government has taken measures to adjust it. Although the new housing governance mechanism has contributed to the flattening of Israeli housing price，the areas with high housing demand are still facing the problem of insufficient supply.
