从对手到伙伴——俄罗斯与土耳其关系探析

Abstract:The relations between Russia and Türkiye develops rapidly，and the cooperation covers economic，military and diplomatic areas. Meanwhile，the relations between Russia and Türkiye significantly influence the situation in Caucasus，East Europe，Middle East and Central Asia. This paper reviews the history of bilateral ties between Russia and Türkiye，and the cooperation between the two states over energy，economy and politics. Meanwhile，the paper analyzes the divisions between Moscow and Ankara over Syria issue，Libya issue，Crimea issue and Nagorno-Kharabakh issue，and looks into the prospect of the relations between the two states. The paper concludes that the relations between Russia and Türkiye are mainly driven by the cooperation between the two countries，while could be influenced by the two states’ identities.
